I opened my e-mail today to check if I got some updates from my brother and to my surprise, my dearest Daddy-o sent me and my sisters a link to this video. 

So here's Daddy's little note:

Growing up, confusion sets in with defining beauty especially in this kind of misleading world we live in but it's about time to refresh ourselves and remind us of what true beauty really is. And to sum it all up, watch this. :)

Shades of Love

Since it’s Valentines, we have the right to profess our love and inside cheesiness without being judged.  Haha. And so I admit it (kill me now!), I’m a hopeless romantic who happens to fall in love with happy marriages and lovely weddings. Gushing over gorgeous pre-nup photos, wedding videos and wedding-inspired blogs and scrutinizing the smallest details of the flowers, the perfect dresses, and the like are a few of my things! So when I’m feeling blue and got nothing to do, I browse over those stuffs all over and over again! Hahaha. Have you started planning for your dream wedding? Check out this site. ;)

Here’s my friend, Taylor, who just got engaged last month. She’s still in her early 20’s and still in college. I just couldn’t believe the rapid stream of events and she’s getting married this March! She sent me these beautiful photos all the way from Vegas and I just can’t help but share it to you! ♡

When asked what her inspiration was, she said that she’s always been the urban chick that’s why it’s in a city setting and since it’s winter season, they opted for a dark romantic palette.

 

Aren’t they lovely? I’m just so happy for them!

Millions of couples out there are celebrating love, love, love!!! Hey, how about me? u.u Oh well. My breath taking love story isn’t out yet. You better be very patient if you want a love story that will melt you like Nicholas Sparks’! Except this time, it’s going to be real and it’s going to be me! Muahahaha! >;))))

Preface to the nth power

This blog was bound to desertion until my unceasing love for writing, which has been my core of expression, pushed me to revive this site which seemed to be in coma for some time. I realized that there were a number of unfinished posts that had never been published so I decided to revamp some things here and make it alive and kicking again!

And this year, 2012, I completely vow to keep this blog up to date for richer or for poorer, for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, till death do us part! *pinky promise* Hahaha.

I’m not sure if my blog’s going to interest you at all. Neither way, I’m no food nor fashion blogger, I don’t travel all over the world, I don’t take amazing photos, I’m no celebrity at all and I don’t have any giveaways! Haha. Just plain me. So I’m going to be honest and profound here. I hope you’ll find this blog fun, interesting and inspiring. It’s another brand new year, another prelude, another odyssey to explore life’s frailties and wonders with you. :)
